Yes i feel like it’s a bit expensive with the s&h but when the package came and i opened it saw what came with the part, i was impressed. It was already prewired and interior support plastic installed for the landing gear but no decals. All i needed from my destroyed plane was my landing gear and electronics. I was initially worried about running all the wires through all the hidden holes in the fuselage but not at all. The paint job on mine was just like the original ones, i crashed. Well, that made it worth the price.

    Could have been better...

    Paint job already coming off after two flights. First time I have ordered a replacement body that didn't have a protective finish over the paint work.

    Pre-wired and ready to install electrics

    All the extensions were there. It would have been nice if they included the esc clamp and plastic gear fairings.as far as replacement fuselages go it's complete and reasonably priced.

    Nice fuselage

    I can never get new foam that doesn't have some cosmetic flaws. Not worth the effort to replace. Wish it included gear door fairing.

It rolls, climbs, and loops no problem, but that kind of flight is NOT necessary to enjoy this model. Flying scale and with 300ft (looks super real off in the distance) and 10 - 20 ft show passes combined with realistic high alpha landings (nose up, touching the main gear first like real ones) is where this aircraft SHINES to me. Great Job Freewing! Although I’m not recommending flying in these conditions, the aerodynamics of this aircraft allow it to slice through 10 mph wind with 15-20 mph gusts no problem (I did this with gyro with aileron and elevator gains of 15%-20%). If you follow the instructions there is a high chance you need zero trim for stable flight.

This isn't a 3D machine, and it's so stable you really don't have to worry about coordinating turns, so it's not necessary. *Excellent* fit and finish. 3S is more than ample and makes the balance easy to nail. The smiles per dollar are hard to beat! NOTE: READ the update on the ESC - it's a very robust and feature-packed unit, but will confuse the uninitiated without the background, and may give the impression that there is an issue if you just try to bind it with your throttle set to minimum.

By the upgraded gear for the 6S model and you're set. The only thing I did is this baby was clear coat and paint the rockets to match the color scheme. The gyro system is really unique no annoying beeps just A nice bright blue and green light letting you know which mode you're in. Very impressed!!!!
